State Regulation & Legislation Committee

The Committee works on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues in all 50 states, routinely providing content for testimony, formal comments, talking points, amendment language and advocacy pieces that are provided to state policymakers. Several times per year, the Committee also has inperson meetings with state securities regulators and participates in state-specific lobby days. The Committee coordinates with numerous SIFMA Committees as well as other trades, including state chambers of commerce, state bankers’ associations, and national industry associations.
