The Swap Dealer Committee covers ongoing and emergent business and policy developments and regulatory advocacy related to issues impacting Swap Dealers/SBS Dealers and OTC derivatives markets.

Purview includes Title VII rulemaking, implementation and compliance issues; obtaining guidance or requesting relief from regulators; responding to regulatory requests for comment; and addressing Swap Dealer/SBS Dealer business practice issues.
