Ray Mosca
Senior Associate, Asset Management Group, SIFMA
Mr. Mosca is a Senior Associate within SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG). Mr. Mosca focuses on a range of investment adviser and fund regulations as well as broader capital markets regulation affecting asset managers. He also leads SIFMA AMG’s ESG-related workstreams. Prior to joining SIFMA AMG, Mr. Mosca worked in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mosca received a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
