Jessica Barker
Vice President, Tax, SIFMA
Ms. Barker is Vice President of Tax at SIFMA, focusing on tax policy and advocacy.
Prior to joining SIFMA, she served as General Counsel in the office of Senator Todd Young. In that role, she advised the Senator on tax, retirement, and general economic matters appearing before the Senate Finance and Small Business Committees and worked closely with the legislative director to develop and implement the Senator’s long-term policy agenda, among other responsibilities. She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and several notable law firms.
Jessica has a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and went to undergraduate at the University of Arizona, where she graduated Summa Cumma Laude.
